Noureen was born in New York City on 28 February 1984. She has always shown great enthusiasm for becoming an actress. It was the School of the Arts of Boston University was where she began to lay the foundations of the rest of her acting career. Her career started when she finished her degree. Then she began auditioning for various roles. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various film festivals all over the world following its debut at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. Additionally, it was awarded the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Academy Awards and paved the way to Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes. Since then, Noureen DeWulf has appeared in roles in several TV shows like Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. Additionally, she's been in minor and major characters in Hollywood films like Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past The Back-up Plan and The Back-up Plan. After Ghost World, which was very well-received and garnered her an Golden Globe Award nomination, she then appeared in American Beauty.
